Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of your purchase. Shipping times begin when the package is dispatched.
Orders placed after 2pm AEST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.
Orders placed after noon AEST Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.
Shipping Time Frames
We use Sendle. Shipping times range between 4-10 business days, depending on your location.
We use Australia Post. Shipping times range between 10-15 business days, depending on your location.
Please note international orders may be subject to custom duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer purchasing.
We have a 10-day money-back guarantee return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds will be processed once we’ve received your return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, the return shipping cost will not be included in your refund amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
