Dispatch Times
All orders are dispatched within 1 business days from our Australia, USA and Switzerland warehouses.
Delivery Times
Within Australia: 2-5 business days
Within USA: 2-5 business days
Within Switzerland: 2-5 business days
Other Countries : 10-15 business days
If your order is not delivered within these timeframes please write to us on our contact form with your email and order number.
International:
For international countries outside of AU, CH, USA, the shipping costs do not include any local taxes or duty fees. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are determined by your local government and may apply when importing your goods with customs.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Blue Lily Healing in order to receive a refund.
Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations.
Returns
We will happily accept returns on all full priced items for any reason within 7 days of receiving. All items must be in their original condition, unused and unopened.
We are happy to return any faulty or damaged goods and offer a full replacement or full refund. Please get in touch with us by our contact form.
Items purchased during sale promotions are not eligible for return or refund. Customer is responsible for retuning shipping costs.
Refunds
If you change your mind about the items you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your item(s) purchased may be eligible for a refund or under the following conditions:
- Products must of been purchased from our website. If purchased from our wholesalers, we are unable to refund you.
- Products must be unopened and in the original condition.
- Products must be sent back within 7 days of receiving.
- Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.
- We may reserve the right to deny a refund on product that has been used, due to hygiene reasons.
